Our Terms & Conditions & Privacy Statement:
1. AJF Consultancy Services Ltd will provide a Contract Service in accordance with the Client’s requirements and type of service selected. The fee for this will be for the contract only.
2. AJF Consultancy Services Ltd cannot accept any liability which result from decisions or actions taken by Clients without prior consultation with ourselves. In the event of specialist advice being sought, the Client will be advised accordingly without delay.
3. The Client authorises AJF Consultancy Services Ltd to store Company information by manual or electronic means. Our Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction.
4. Where the Client requires additional days consultancy, site visits, training or advisory services, including mileage incurred these will be charged at the appropriate fee agreed between AJF Consultancy Services Ltd and the Client prior to commencement of the contract.
5. The Contract will be for a minimum of 12 months and will require one month’s notice to terminate the service.
6. If no contract has been agreed and signed by both parties prior to work carried out, a daily rate of £275.00 will be applied.
7. AJF Consultancy Services Ltd will not process or share any information gathered as a result of our activities within your organisation with any third party without your explicit written consent.
8. Information or identification, gained by a person or organisation requesting consultation or subscription to news letters from AJF Consultancy Services Ltd will not be processed or shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
